The Battle of Gorris II was the third battle fought in the UNSC-Jiralhanae War. It took place on the border of Brute Space around the planet Gorris II and the space station orbiting the planet. While the UNSC fleet engaged the Jiralhanae Fleet, ODSTs were sent aboard the space station to capture it. The end result was a UNSC victory and it gave them a foothold in Jiralhanae space. This would be the last major battle during the war for a year.
