Stage: Stage 2 (Spaceship) The Metal Soldiers come in two forms, one humanoid and one more machine-like. Both forms have rockets on the back, as well as arms and legs; otherwise, they are dissimilar. A group of three humanoid Metal Soldiers form the final boss of stage 2 in the original Rabio Lepus. Individually, the Metal Soldiers also appear throughout the game as minor enemies. Some have the power to remain temporarily invincible; these flash in a spectrum of colors.
