The McSkillet breakfast burrito, is a McDonald's specialty sandwich that was introduced in 1991. There are two styles of breakfast burritos available. The Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burrito is made with a flour tortilla, sausage, American cheese, eggs, onions, and peppers. The new McSkillet wrap burrito adds a potato-vegetable blend, savory sausage, two types of cheese and a Salsa Roja made with fire-roasted tomatoes. Chicken and steak variants of the McSkillet still exists in limited areas.
