Lou Palone is an all-too-brief love interest of Chuck for two episodes of the first season. Lou owns Lou's Deli, a sandwich/deli shop at the local mall and often thinks of meats and cheeses. She has named a sandwich after Chuck for fixing her smart phone. She is portrayed by Rachel Bilson.
