Baram is one of the two remaining high captains in Luskan. His sole remaining enemy is Kurth, a fellow high captain in Luskan. His followers are the Black Knives, some of whom are infected with lycanthropy and shapeshift into wererats. Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. The entrance to his lair can be found in the northeast corner of Luskan. He has taken hostage nine children from a woman called Londa who can be found in the Cutlass Inn located in the southeast corner of Luskan.
