The Thalmor are the main antagonist faction in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim as they are fought in numerous main story quests such: "Diplomatic Imunity" and "A Cornered Rat". They were the most imminent evil force in the Elder Scrolls world prior to the appearance of Alduin and the return of Dragons.
