Franz-Rudolf von Oskarhäust was the 53rd Governor-General of Greater Hulstria and former Chairman of the Faschistische Gewalt-Partei. From 3032 to 3037 Oskarhäust served as the Minister of Internal Affairs of Greater Hulstria and served at the position of Vice-Chairman of the Fascist Authority Party as well. Oskarhäust priorly served as the Minister of Justice from 3020 to 3032. From March 3019 to August 3020 Franz-Rudolf served as the Chief Minister of Hulstria. In March of 3022 Oskarhäust was tapped to become the next Vice-Chairman of the Fascist Authority Party by Wolfgang von Gröninburg. When Frederick Aldegrever succeeded Gröninburg as party leader in 2025, Oskarhäust was kept on as deputy leader.
