Rudolf Hofmann (4 September 1895 – 13 April 1970) was a General of the Infantry in the Wehrmacht during World War II and a recipient of Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
