Akaan Kad, literally "war saber", was a Mandalorian soldier who was stripped of his blade and cast out of the ranks due to an incident in which he assaulted his commanding officer in a dispute. He turned to bounty hunting as his source for income. He eventually met up with a clone commando named Sev in the jungles of Kashyyk and together they went on to take down over 2000 targets.
