The Suspicious Silence Provision was a section of the Galactic Loyalty Act that made silence automatic suspicion in criminal investigations and would automatically allow for an interrogation warrant. It was passed by a group of senators at 0320 in the morning, using the eliminated quorum function of the Law Enforcement Tools Provision.
