Aarran Shan was a Human Jedi Master born on Brentaal IV in 3,670 BBY, the much-younger brother to Satele Shan. In his early years, Aarran grew to be a strong Force-user, scaring his friends and teachers with the immense power he wielded. He was sent to the academy on Tython immediately to begin his training as a padawan. When he returned to Coruscant after Rhen Var's siege ended, Aarran began training with his new apprentice, having completed the Jedi Trials and more than proved himself worthy of becoming a Jedi Knight.
