Port Legann (pronounced lay-GAHN) is a fief in Tortall located on the southeastern shore of the Emerald Ocean. Like its name would suggest, it is a port city that brings plenty of trade to Tortall. It is south of Corus and Port Caynn, and is located near to the barony Pirate's Swoop.
