Lt. James "Jimmy" Steven Patterson is the main fictional character of the award-winning Medal of Honor franchise beginning with the original Medal of Honor in 1999, in three levels of Medal of Honor: Underground and later in a sequel Medal of Honor: Frontline in 2001. He has also appeared as a main character in Medal of Honor: Heroes.
