The Right Honourable Emmelline Fox MP, PC is the current Labour Party MP for Salford West (Constituency). She has served in various capacities under Harold Wilson and James Callaghan. She was Social Services Minister from 1975 - 1979, Minister without Portfolio and Labour Party Chairwoman from 1974 - 1975 and was previously Vice Chairwoman of the Party.
