Iris Beiderman was a mortal woman targeted by Jackson Ward, the ghost of Alcatraz Island. He wanted revenge because she was the foreman of the jury that convicted him. Phoebe foresaw Jackson attacking her when she held the letter opener he used to kill Judge Renault. Andy then showed her files of the trial, allowing them to identify the next victim and save her.
