Bill is considered by some players to be a homicidal maniac: he regularly kills his passengers, and generally drives dangerous vehicles. He prefers not to drive with a roll-bar, nor with any personal protection--not even a helmet. If you see Bill on the highway, try to get into a different lane, immediately, or as soon as possible.
