The World of Warcraft Beginner's Guide is a downloadable PDF document that gives a basic introduction to the game circa the Mists of Pandaria expansion as of late 2016 (first version was circa Cataclysm).[citation needed] The guide has some idiosyncrasies, like referring to Outland as Draenor which will need to be changed if the guide is ever updated for Warlords of Draenor.
