The Grave Marker: Treachery (卒都婆・野心, Sotōba: Yashin) is one of the nine sotōba summoned within the Summoning: Nine Grave Markers technique, and the ninth technique within a series of eight others. Treachery is a technique that is only activated upon the summoning of the sotōba. Rather than being an individual technique with the sotōba, it influences the opponent directly through a Genjutsu. As such, it is never summoned by Yoshihira unless he is forced to. Upon its summoning, Yoshihira spins the said sotōba and influences his opponent with a Genjutsu that places them within an illusory scenario in which they are within a hell-like scenario. The specifics of this are dependent on the individual and Yoshihira's will, however, it is a very torturous illusion nonetheless.
