At the song's end, he asks the hysterically laughing crowd why they're laughing and is told he "had to be there". In a season 26 insert (EKA: Episode 3391), it was performed by Polly Darton, with audience cameos from Humphrey, Ingrid, Herry Monster, Elmo, Zoe, Telly, Rosita, Biff, Betty Lou, Baby Bear, Hoots, Slimey, Snuffy and Joey and Davey Monkey, who all laugh in participation with the song.
