Yiang-Li was a time traveler who visited the year 3877. He claimed to have been an Ophidian advisor to the cruel empire of Tsan-Chan in the 25th Century. ("The Time Machine: A Sequel") This is a reference to the H.P. Lovecraft sci-fi story, "The Shadow Out of Time".
