Jaka Avgustinčič (b. October 27th 1976 in Lubljana, Slovenia, Yugoslavia) is a professional Slovenian forward who plays in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga for HDD ZM Olimpija. Avgustinčič is a regular member of the senior Slovenian National Team since 2000. He played 40 games in the Elite and Division I World Championships since then, collecting a total of two goals and four assists.
