Rick was an ISN anchor. At the outbreak of the Earth Alliance Civil War in 2260, Rick frantically reported that ISN Headquarters in Geneva was being advanced upon by military forces. Like his co-anchor Jane, Rick was arrested and imprisoned under charges of sedition and disloyalty. Unlike Jane, it's not known if Rick survived his incarceration.
