Shock and Awe! is an achievement in the Bloons TD 4 app awarded for destroying a M.O.A.B within 1 second of it spawning. To achieve it, you must place your towers in a place where they can hit the beginning of the track. You are more likely to earn this on a later round; it is worth 50 achievement points.
