Jonathan Redding was a suspected stalker who was obsessed Petty Officer Tiffany Jordan. As such, he personally delivered a batch of flowers to her apartment and also wrote her four letters in the last six weeks. He later became a suspect in the investigation into Petty Officer Jordan's murder and was even suspected of killing her. Luckily, though, he had an alibi: he was at the bikini contest and camera footage showed him staying throughout the whole event. As such, Redding was found innocent of the alleged charge and was released.
