Arrange English muffin halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Preheat broiler. In a small bowl stir together tomato sauce and oregano. Spread mixture over muffins. Sprinkle hot dog slices and green pepper over tomato sauce layer. Arrange avocado half-circles over filling. Sprinkle Cheese evenly over avocado and filling. Place 4 inches under broiler, watching carefully, just until Cheese melts. Serve immediately along with the mini carrot "robots", allowing 4 per serving. Preparation time, 15 minutes.
