Following on from last time, the Kintobor Computer is eager to continue his story from within Kintobor's Laboratory. After struggling to describe what he is, Kintobor recounts how he transformed into Doctor Ivo Robotnik, with the fat tyrant escaping his old base for time to think and plan. Since the Retro-Orbital Chaos Compressor had exploded and created Robotnik, the Chaos Emeralds inside were released from the Power Rings' hold and sent to the Special Zone, taking on multi-hued properties. Back on Mobius, Sonic the Hedgehog called in "brainy chum" Porker Lewis, who discovered that Kintobor's brain patterns had been recorded on a Mobius Ring and decided to create a program a Kintobor Computer.
