[Source] Gonzo yellow cheese was a type of cheese enjoyed by the Besalisk Dexter Jettster and used in his restaurant located on the planet Coruscant, Dex's Diner, before his diner was destroyed during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's rule. One slice of the cheese was served on Jettster's Coruscant slider, a dish inspired by the eponymous planet and the time he had spent there. Pashi noodles, another diner dish, were served with Gonzo yellow cheese sauce.
