Calmer than Most, or simply known as Calm, CM or CTM, was a Forerunner Hurogok created on Installation 05. He was the only Hurogok living in the 26th Century to actually see a Forerunner, in the under construction novel Heretic: Darkest Before Dawn. He is encountered towards the end of the novel (the section not written yet) by Bill Remok, Frank 104 and Refu 'Kamme, Bill was confused of what the creature was, however. After a mass of destruction, Frank leaves for the Heretic Gas Mine, where he would meet his end. After the massacre of Fleets surrounding High Charity, the surviving Loyalist fleets escape (to Earth). After this encounter, Calmer than Most will appear in Heretic: Destined, the sequel to Heretic: Darkest Before Dawn.
