Crewman Jenkins was a member of the engineering team aboard Enterprise NX-01 in 2154. In that year, Jenkins assisted Commander Tucker's efforts to perform a manual restart of the warp core, in an effort to purge a series of Klingon subroutines which were preventing Enterprise from dropping out of warp. After successfully shutting down the engines, Tucker ordered T'Pol to "prime the injectors," and Jenkins to "man the relays." (ENT: "Divergence") This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
