The "Antique" Compass is a treasure that can be collected in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. It is slightly rusty with a red rim, and can be obtained through haggling with the street vendor to the right of the butcher shop during Chapter 11 - Hidden in Plain Sight. It can be assumed that this compass is fake, hence the reason why "antique" is in quotations.
