Paddy the Pelican---is considered by everybody to be the worst cartoon of all time. Why? Bad voice acting, bad animation, bad premises, and other pure badness. Why would I try and make an idea for a reboot of this awful series? Number 1: It was the first TV cartoon. Number 2: Everything deserves a shot at blockbuster success (almost everything). Number 3: I don't have a number 3.
