On The Waterfront was conducted by the newly-revitalised GLA against the US Mediterranean Fleet as part of their preparations to invade Europe. It was a decisive GLA victory as the victors made use of the captured Particle Cannon to scuttle the main force of the US fleet - the aircraft carrier USS Reagan.
