Fanaka Kisu is the small-arms dealer of Tarna. His shop, "Fanaka's Fine Weapons" is in the main section of the bazaar, directly accessible from the stairways to the top of the city. While he has a diverse array of what he refers to as "steel comfort and protection" in inventory, the hero will only be able to purchase Throwing Daggers, a single Fine Dagger, and a single Fine Spear.
