Tridentaurus is a dinosaur-like creature that lives in the forests of Mongo. The Tusk Men enjoy tridentaurus meat, although they're dangerous and difficult to catch. In the 1937 story "The Tusk-Men of Mongo", the Tusk-Men capture Flash Gordon and Dale Arden, and demand that Flash join them in their hunt. Flash kills a tridentaurus, which the Tusk-Men call "Gwak", and earns the Tusk-Men's respect.
