King Bolan, ruler of the Moon, is against the plans of Aldar, a great lunar scientist. Aldar proposes to turn the Earth into a Sun so the Moon can be as lush as the Earth. Aldar doesn't believe there's any life on Earth, believing nothing could survive in the moist environment.. King Bolan has seen flashes of light he feels are indicative of life. Aldar thinks the flashes came from volcanic activity, although they were from atomic bomb tests.
