Ursellis was a female individual who served the Galactic Empire as an Imperial Prefect. After Ursellis developed a penchant for issuing large numbers of Legal Authorization for Advanced Confinement Documents in order to deal with her enemies, her assistant Sub-Prefect Matagorn became overburdened with a heavy workload. Matagorn was subsequently murdered by the Srrors'tok bounty hunter Tyionsis Cex after incurring the ire of the hunter, and Ursellis was unconcerned by his loss.
