The Central Building is the biggest building on the Island of Seally. During Hurricane Stephen the most powerful Hurricane known to have hit the Island of Seally a large gash was formed by a piece of steel that flew out of the ocean most likely from the giant steel monster of the northern ocean of Floyde. It left the central building standing for a time until the second wave of Hurricane Stephen slammed into the Island and blew it up
