Grava, from the Eart-colony Extal, was a long-time fan of Legionnaire, Star Boy. She attempted to emulate the way he gained his powers by jumping into a comet's tail. Remarkably, instead of being killed, she acquired the power to fly in the vacuum of space and emit comet-like gases.
