Charles Frederick is an American football player who currently plays for the Spokane Shock of the Arena Football League. Charles was born in Lake Worth, Florida on February 2, 1982. He played wide receiver for the University of Washington. He was signed as an free agent by the Jacksonville Sharks in 2010. On January 13, 2012, it was announced that Charles would return to the Shock for the 2012 season.
