Karolos Crispos, 16th Duke of Cyzicus KP PC (29 November 1687 – 10 June 1761) was a Diadochian politician. He was succeeded as Duke of Cyxicus by his grandson Alexander Augustus. He was born the eldest son of Eric Crispos, 15th Duke of Cyzicus and his wife. His father was an illegitimate son of Eric III of Diadochia and Francesca-Athenais Crispos, 14th Duchess of Cyzicus.
