Astrorubies are precious stones found in asteroids. They can easily be confused with Fool's Rubies. The only appearance they made is in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron Season 2: Episode 1 (A Beautiful Mine). According to Zix, the immense value of astrorubies causes those in possession of them to go mad with Ruby Madness. Throughout the episode, Jimmy and his friends, even Goddard, begin to fight over the astrorubies, prompting Carl to scream "Ruby Madness!" at every instance. Eventually, Jimmy used up all of the astrorubies in order to create fuel to get the disappointed crew back to Earth.
