Chip Endale is a goblin initially found at the KTC Headquarters[[:File:|[, ]]] in Kezan serving as a quest giver. Later he can be found on the Lost Isles[[:File:|[, ]]], in cahoots with Trade Prince Gallywix. It is then he is hostile to players and no longer a member of the Bilgewater Cartel.
