Investigation into the Murder of Marvin Hinton is an investigation that the main NCIS Major Case Response Team conducted in October 2007 in which they investigated the death of convict Marvin Hinton. The resulting investigation saw the NCIS team receiving assistance from FBI agent Courtney Krieger and later her boss, Senior FBI Agent Tobias Fornell. It also saw the successful identification and subsequent arrest of Kamal Konkani that both Kreiger and Fornell personally conducted.
