Neuvillish is a conlang created by Robert Garside and Matthew close. It is a Creedic language. It is spoken in New Canada and the Appalachian Commonwealth, and is mainly used as a code language for the military (see People's Most Glorious Navy and People's Most Glorious Army) and government. The Smallian language evolved from Old Daltonese.
