Born in Francisco, Constantine graduated from King's University, Francisco and gained a degree in Law and Politics, before joining the Royal St Augustus & St Leo Police Force, where during a 15 year career, rose to the rank of Area Commander. In 305 she was appointed as a government advisor on Serious Orgnaised Crime, before joining the Samuelonian National Party (STS) in 308, where she ran for the Ellihammer seat and was elected as Senator. AFter 4 years with the SNP, she won a party vote to become the new leader of the SNP. On 30th July 312 she was elected the first female Prime minister of St. Samuel.
