Patricia Jeri Celluro born in 1395, was sister to Norman Jeri Celluro and daughter to Dyron Heed Celluro. She was born into a family of politicians, and joined her brothers political group, the Global Party, helping run Normans campaign which resulted in the Global Party becoming the lead government, and her brother becoming shredient for Cortolowe. She was born in the town of Parringten, located along the coast of Heritel. She lived a quality life with her family.
