Salmacis is the French ruler of La Farlede, member nation of the Grämlins. He began to work for the former MoFA of the CCC, KeyStroke. However, his poor diplomatic skills were found out quickly, and he resigned from the Foreign Affairs, after being spotted as a source of troubles (involving Crossfire during the Kilport Missile Crisis). Salmacis, being a notorious warmonger, was given another opportunity in the Ministry of Defence. The Kaiser, Minister of Defence of the CCC, gave him a military Grand Master position with the Teutonic Knights Order, which was accepted swiftly. Short afterwards, he was elected MoIA of the CCC, and eventually, he decided to leave for Grämlins.
