The story is set in a near-future post-apocalyptic world where some sort of disaster - possibly orchestrated by the Worldwide Zionist Conspiracy - has befallen humankind, who survive holed up in a Jew-proof section of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, known as Goysville. The threat to humanity is so great that these last remaining living people have taken the step of voting Dennis Hopper in as their king, believing that - with his survival record - he is the only man who can offer them a chance of redemption from the terror that surrounds them.
