Kolm-an, formerly known as Kolmana, was the third planet in the Karregheni star system in the Klingon Empire in the Alpha or the Beta Quadrant. It was the only class M planet in its system, and it had three moons. It was the site of an Orion Colony and a major Klingon base. The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge depicts the Kolm-an base as an administrative base, as above, while The Klingons mentions its importance to supply and repair, as below. It is possible that the base's role expanded or changed during the war.
