Haj Illijec was a United States Army serviceman, and later a member of Delta Force. Illijec was born to Yugoslavian natives, and spoke fluent Serbian. Before joining Delta, he served in the Army Rangers and saw action in Somalia. Jack Bauer worked with Illijec in two missions for Delta Force.
